Phase 2 Final Update

This is the final progress update - after this, Phase 2.0 of Bella Factionum will be published.
From here on out, it's fixing bugs, no new features will be added.
That being said, there are new features that made it in:
- When a Squad is at a Base, it heals, by a proportion customizable in Gamerules (0% = Squad won't heal, default = 5%)
- When a Squad is in combat with a hostile Squad, attacking this hostile Squad from the back will inflict more damage, customizable in Gamerules (default = 2x Possible Damage)
- (Not really a new feature but oh well) Default Damage Multiplier in Support Points is now 2.5x, not 2x
That's it. Just a little more, and Phase 2.0 will be out with the full changelog!
