Version 0.3.0
Changelog for 0.3.0:
1. Removed restriction on map size for generated maps - no longer are you restricted to max 100-by-100 maps!
2. War Exhaustion is once again capped at 100%, but for good reason: When a civilization attacks, its strength will now be multiplied by (1 - their war exhaustion), so at 100% war exhaustion, the attacker's strength will be 0.
The same applies for the defending civilization, but the effects are halved(so at 100% war exhaustion, the defender's strength will be 50%)
3. When a civilization fights an offensive battle with a different civilization, the defender also gains a little bit of war exhaustion even if they win, to simulate slowly wearing down an opponent.
4. Completely did away with the Agenda System - instead of endlessly conquering and pausing by means of an agenda, civilizations now declare war on each other, have truces, form alliances, and even acquire vassals(which acquire the same color as their overlords on the map).
5. Significantly decreased war exhaustion gain, since war exhaustion will only decay if there are no wars or battles being fought.
6. Added the ability to take a screenshot with F10*
7. The maximum natural decay of war exhaustion for Civilizations is now -0.5% after technology Level 10, not -2.5% after tech Level 25. Below tech level 10, Civilizations' war exhaustion will decay by 0.1%.
8. Made battles favor the defender more
9. When you click on a civilization, in red are also highlighted all civilizations it is at war with, and once again the civilizations' borders are shown instead of being pure colors.
10. Did away with "Broken" civilizations - no civilizations will randomly become useless anymore.
11. Very importantly - added a web version so that you can try out the game before downloading it. Due to the game's use of saving and loading data not being available(or being glitchy) in the browser, the Web Version is quite restricted in features.
