Version 0.5.5
Venire, Videre, Vincere » Devlog
It's certainly been a while, but VVV is back!
Changelog:- The number of civilizations is now correctly displayed
- Civilizations collapse and split in half only once over the entire simulation, as a unique occurrence rather than a repetitive nuisance
- When a civilization subjugates a civilization with its own name, it instantly annexes it, rather than vassalizing it
- Got rid of the Complacency Score system
- When a Civilization's government is overthrown, there is only a 33% chance for its vassal names to change
- Instead of the chance to make peace increasing with the time since a battle, after 100 iterations, if there was no battle, peace is made
- If an enemy is weaker, a civilization is now twice as unlikely to make peace with it
- It is no longer possible for a civilization, when split in half, to vassalize the other half
- Vassal civilizations can expand again
- Number of wars once again affects defense
- Allies are more likely to be vassalized if they're weaker
- Decreased the chance for any civilization to collapse
- Collapses of Civilizations only occur when there are more than 5 Civilizations present
- Halved the chance for Civilizations to break their alliances if their ally refuses to join their war
